Jean-Paul Gaster, fondly nick-named J.P by many, is the beat behind the groove laden rythms of Clutch, and King Hobo. He has worked with Lionize, Mike Westcott, and Jay A. Turner. Gaster is a tour de force, with a wealth of musical knowledge, enthusiasm, and class. Gaster is truly passionate for all that he does in music, and his portfolio speaks volumes. Not only is Gaster a prolific musician and producer, he is also a true gentleman and I was fortunate to sit down with him, and take in all his wisdom and insight. Below is my interview for Gearhead Radio which appears on 106.6 The Blast, on the live365.com app. You can catch Beney Benefiel and I every Friday night at 6 PM Eastern, where we bring you the best in Gearhead music and culture. I believe I can speak for Beney when we were delighted to have J.P as the guest for our premier.

Many thanks to J.P Gaster, Weathermaker Music, and Will Reed CEO of 106.6 The Blast for bringing this interview together.
